Your access to and use of the Application is contingent upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Application.

By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, you are not authorized to access the Application.

Service Availability

BeesVPN will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the service available at all times, but makes no representation or warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all equipment and services needed for access to and use of the service. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the service through your account are aware of these terms and comply with them.

Confidentiality and Privacy

BeesVPN will not monitor, edit, or disclose any personal information about you or your use of the service, unless required by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights or property of BeesVPN or to protect the personal safety of its users.

Changes to Terms of Service

BeesVPN may modify these terms of service at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the BeesVPN website.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and BeesVPN does not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BeesVPN be liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of the use of the service.

Termination of Service

BeesVPN reserves the right to terminate the service at any time, with or without notice.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BeesVPN is headquartered.

Subscriptions

Certain parts of the Application are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscriptions”). We will charge you periodically (“Billing Period”). The Billing Period is set to monthly or annually, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when you purchase a Subscription.

If you choose to purchase a subscription, payment will be deducted from your Apple ID account at the time you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription after purchase by going to your account settings on the App Store.

Free Trial

BeesVPN may, at its sole discretion, offer a free trial subscription for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”).

BeesVPN reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer at any time without notice.

Changes in Fees

BeesVPN may, at any time and at its sole discretion, modify the subscription fees for a subscription. Any changes to the subscription fees will be effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.

BeesVPN will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any changes to the subscription fees to give you the opportunity to terminate your subscription before such changes become effective.

Refunds

All Apple/Google purchases are final. We are unable to issue refunds for purchase transactions paid for through your Apple ID or Google account.

If you purchase through the website, you can get an unconditional refund within 30 days.
